It’s a well known fact that out of every new 30-40 projects, probably 2 will be ok for NCR location and that too for GDC.

They don’t have much projects here and definitely more challenging if you’re in lower bands.

IC roles are still ok.

PMs don’t want to take resources from GNDC even if they have no specific ODC requirement from customer.
