Hey Everyone! I’m on my 3rd year of WILP and I’ve got rating 3 for current year and for previous years also I’ve got 3 only. So will Wipro hike the salary based on this after conversion to full time employee? Or how it works. Please chime in your ideas. Also in 4th year how much rating I need to get?

Usually 3 rating means 3% of hike but it all depends on your Manager

Yes for highest package you need to get 5 rating
