Who else has been wronged, given false hopes and made a fool of this appraisal season?
For me a bad rating
And manager says
Out of my whole team your the brightest and the best
But only issue why you got less rating that is because you had a dispute regarding a process discussion with a manager .
Is this even has to be counted for my appraisal as this is based on my performance
And if yes what are the criteria if someone can help me

Its been 2 year didn't got any appraisal and they are just putting into any project.... Ok that ok to be work on any project but what about appraisals... Those who even didn't put efforts and just close to PM DM and ADH just getting appraisal and promotion as well.. What about we... And yesterday had conversation with NEW PM just gave suggestion like do this and do that.... But didn't notice my previous effort... 🤣🤣🤣 Im lacking skill, how to butter up peoples... I should have do this training first then after any technical
