My Manager did not discuss anything and submitted an appraisal form. How to tackle this.

Does this mean he got feedback from Client and taking forward or nth will expect from appraisal.

Last year I got a 4th rating but no hike. I am waiting at least this year I will get some decent hikes. Lost hopes

Send a formal meeting invite to ur Manager. Have a clear discussion. Don't ask them what you deserve based on data. Post meeting send MoM through email. It won't guarantee a great hike. But certainly it will put your Manager under pressure to keep your performance into consideration while giving you a hike.
