Hi All,
I am thinking to switch but due to notice period I am getting issues. Because company wants immediate to 15 days joining in most cases. So, I am thinking to resign and look for another opportunity.
Is any one tell if I resigned and revoke my resignation before last working days then how I will consider for appraisal?

Firstly I don't think you can revoke resignation from your end just like that. You'll have to go through HR and they have to enable it on their end. That'll be quite a discussion to be part of unless you have an offer and they are ok to retain you back.
Secondly if you are retained, ideally you'll be considered for appraisal as I was retained and got appraisal that year
