I have joined Wipro in February 2024. For me goal setting is not enabled for FY24-25. I am eligible for appraisal next year or not ?

I joined in Oct 2021.. till now I haven't received any increment, so imagine your situation.. you will get next as per policy will be Sept 2025.. if they give u met rating u will get next increment in sept 2026
