Apply for 3 days WFH every week as 2 days we can anyway WFH. That way you can spread the 15 days longer

Thank you for the suggestion. And shall I do it starting this week? Considering the warning email received yesterday. Also in January, will they renew 15 days?

Up to dec you can apply 4 days in each section. next year onwards you can apply 15 days in each section

It will renew in Jan for entire year. Plus you can actually apply 15 days in 2 different categories (selfcare and caregiving). So it totals to 30 days in a calendar year. The only caveat is it has to be approved by your manager.
