There might not be any actions now but later on it might impact your MSI, your promotions etc

They have terminated one of my colleague, but he stopped working also along with working from home after they asked him to come to office.

Right now I'm also asking for wfh or relocation with hr but they are refusing
Don't know what they will do this time

I am too eager to know if really some action has been taken so far
