It is end of october already but no updates on MSI and promotions. HR team is dead silent.
I also read in some posts that MSI is going to be skipped this year. Is this true ? ðŸ˜

I'm like 90% sure there's no MSI this year. As they have said they'll give updates in Jan. And we all know Jan to March is financial year end they are already miserable telling us to take less leaves during that time, how will they give hike
Wipro is completely off the track and Vision of Azim premji, they claim charity and social welfare but what about the employees who work day and night and when time comes you need to beg for 5 percent hike or promotion, higher management is happly drowning huge package and bonuses and suckling salary and bonus of ground force.
Variable pay , MSI is scam
Yesterday there is AHM2 in that AHM nilakantha biradar told there is no MSI in this quarter Will see next quarter result in January of it's good then they will think otherwise no MSI
