Trending @Wipro; Any one received the Band promotion yet for 1st 2025? How much is the appraisal?

Yes I received it and it is only 10% for me from B2 to B3

No updates on 2nd Jan as well. Anyone any luck ? Do you see any changes in PSP or MSI or any email received from HR ?

Yes. B3 to C1 . 10%. Got official mail. Promoted in 1st week of Jan 2025

Got the letter yesterday. 10% hike

The HR is going to release the letters to the managers and they will send them to us. Check with your Business HR when are they going to release the letters. They might give a tentative date

I am still awaiting for my C1 promotion letter from the HR. Any one got yet ?
