Trending @Wipro; Any bonus or hike after 4 years.

Hi Everyone , I joined wipro in September 2021 and didn't signed the bonus option. I am preparing for the switch but recently someone told me that once you completes 4 year in wipro(First company) then you get hike. I have not been promoted and in b1 band since oct 2022. Any idea on this. Thank you
