Trending @Wipro; Annual Leave Policy

If we apply for annual leave on the mytime portal, then there is a request sent to the manager for approval. If the manager doesn't take any action (approve/reject) or if the manager is on vacation leave, then is the annual leave request auto-approved or is it auto-rejected ?
