Hey Guys,

What is the procedure for escalating and taking actions against asshole Project & Practice Managers , who are not responding and thinking themselves as God ? Is it raising a complaint through HR or some other process ?

There should be something like this because these frauds needs some lessons but there's nothing as such. Sab k sab mile hue hai aur kya hi bole.

I had requested for one leave and two remote work requests for approval.
Requested for spazio request for seat allocation

I had reached out through teams chat, email and also through phone , but it didn't ring a bell into the deaf ears.
Raised SNOW tickets also, but still it didn't work out.

Just wondering why such arrogance and attitude...
