How is the US bank account in Wipro in terms of of working environment and work life balance?
Work life balance depends on the team and the product you are going to work. But there are some cons nowadays like they are tracking productivity of each resource with the help of sapiens tool. So you have to be productive each n every working day atleast 7hrs per day.
That's the worst thing any company can do. Its way low level of micro managing
Umm I don't think so it's the company's fault. It has been started due to some non performing employees and now we all are suffering from this micro management. I had a great 3 years in this account before all this bullshit started.
I got selected for python ai/ml developer where I would be leading this and this is a new deal for wipro. Will start working for this project from 15th. The manager told that the timings are set internally so that we can get some overlap with us time to attend meetings. In afternoon we can relax so that we can have little energy at night. So I felt it's good deal and took up the role. You should have done the same before rejecting the role.
There is no work life balance in this account i was part of this account from last 3 yrs. Here we have login time but there is no log off time. You need to work late night also. Worst Account
Depends on which team you will be working. My 3 frds are tagged in US Bank project. All 3 are in diff teams. 1 is in support role. Another is in developing work and one is in some other team which I'm not aware of. All 3 are having different working hours. For 3rd one it is so relaxing. For support one it is hectic and relaxing both. Developer it Depends. While deployment there will be a lot of work to do. My frd used to log in at 8am and log out around 2 or 3 am.
That's insane….log in at 8 and log out at 2-3 am. He would be sick.
