I had an accident 4 days ago and got injured in my arm, elbow, and leg. I don't think I'll be able to work now. If I resign, when will I receive my final settlement? Will I still need to serve the notice

Resign is not the solution, go for medical leave

Based on your injury and your medical documents wipro will sanction one year medical leave this is with salary every month.if injury is permanent you will receive compensation of xyz amount mentioned in my benefits

Sorry for your accident. There is no need to resign. Company will definitely not remove you. However they may only pay till your leaves get exhausted. After that you will be on LOP, but still better than being without job. Also note that while you're in the company you have medical insurance for future medical expenses. Take care

Kindly confirm।f you injured while duty hours or while commuting to office If yes then you can share your medical reports and apply for a Industrial injury leave you will be paid and no leaves will be deducted. I also gone through the same way and was on rest for one month.
