Hi All,

I have 3 years of experience as a dot net developer. Recently I got an offer from TCS for the SYSTEMS ENGINEER IN GRADE C1 of 8.5 LPA.

I also got an offer from ACCENTURE PACKAGE APP DEVELOPMENT SENIOR ANALYST LEVEL 10 with 8.6 LPA fixed compensation and 1.8 LPA variable pay.

Could you please tell me which company I should join?

Which is better for job security along with the learning purpose?
