Trending @Wipro; A tired software engineer❌ slave✅

I have been assigned multiple projects by my client, and I've been under a lot of pressure for the past 1.5 years.

This pressure has led to numerous health issues, including difficulty sleeping.

I haven't seen the sun for the last few days, even on weekends, as my mind is constantly occupied with work-related thoughts.

The clients I'm dealing with are quite demanding and sometimes rude, and I feel like I'm working tirelessly without adequate recognition. This constant stress is demotivating me every day.

Irony is that wipro is conducting so many sessions related to work life balance and health. Please speak to manager immediately

Thanks for the advice, but the mangers already knows about the situation we are facing.

In MNCs, clients are like the money bank – they care more about numbers than how we feel.

No use to talk anybody in Wipro, Managers are always right. We are just slaves, it’s my experience. I’m expecting bad rating this year, performance is not mater for hike and rating, we behave to management as slaves. Health and life is secondary matter. They don’t bother about that.

Work will depend on the project. But if they are rude which is not acceptable. Better to speak with the manager. BTW the client is from which country?

It's US based.

It’s not depends on project, the management is making false commitments to client to make more profit.

Facing the same issue, my health is totally disturbed because of this pressure. Still my lead is rude with me and client as well. Even though completing work within the deadline I never received a thank note or any appreciation or appraisal either from client or from wipro.

Wipro has multiple Mafia gangs, those Mafia can survive. I joined in Wipro with offered me on-site opportunity to US, I’m holding H1B visa. Now two years, no progress,

I too put up with a similar case for 1.5 years and since I wasn't getting release from the project I put down my papers
