After completing 90 days in bench what are the steps that are taken by the HR.

Will they provide any survernce pay/3 months salary. By jul18, 2025 will complete my 90 days time in bench Pls let me know if any knows clearly. I would be very helpful.

They will ask to resign, but you ask for 5 months pay and do not give your bonus back
