I got 5 days of LOP due to wrong shift assignment by my Lead. This happens in august and in my September salary I got LOP and did not get any notification and winnow nuggets. I raised ticket in service now now they are saying it is more than 30 days now we cannot do anything. Can anyone let me know what should I do?

I had also similar issue, I had raised SNOW ticket but no response. The only way is to complain using Ombudsman

Depends on if you want to escalate. Open the ticket. Don't close it. If close reopen.
