I want to take 3months break from work because of heavy work,I am unable to concentrate and switch to any other company.I fully loaded with dev work all th day and no time to prep.So I want to take 3months break from work and then start thinking about other opportunities.
What type of reasons we can ask for wipro management in this??
I am on the same boat as you. In the policies, I did not find anywhere that we need to submit health certificates. It is clearly mentioned that one can opt for Break from home leave if one needs time for oneself. Though, I am saying that I have few mental health issues and also that stress is getting more in the current project.
If you find any other reasons, please let me know.
