.....I know that promotion nominations are a joke in wipro.

I have been nominated by my manager twice in the last two quarters, but no promotion.

And not even a single penny hike after joining wipro(>2.5 Y).

Guys, never wait for hikes/promotions. Focus on improving the skill set. Maybe today you won't see good results. But your future will thank you for the discipline you put in now.

Spend at least 10 minutes of your day on your personal growth. Trust me we CAN definitely win over failures one day.
