Got an external offer with 2x my current CTC. Do you think Wipro will try to retain, or should I be mentally prepared to move on? Anyone with recent retention experience?

Better to leave. Even if they somewhat match the offer you will lose out on qplc in the long run

I would suggest to leave. Wipro ain't retaining. Also I've seen people leaving offers for their promise which is never fulfilled
