I’m currently part of the Wipro WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program) and I have a small query. My final year project is expected to be completed by 20th November, and I wanted to know:

When does the employee conversion and promotion process usually take place after project completion?

What is the expected salary range for the 2021 batch post-conversion?
