Trending @Wipro; 1st non compliance intimation

Today, I’ve received a mail saying that i was non compliant to hybrid work policy in December month and so leaves would be deducted accordingly. This was my 1st intimation from communications@apps.wipro and it was also saying that there would be a disciplinary action if I’m not complaint going forward. I can’t do WFO this January as well unfortunately. So how serious is my situation right now? Will they terminate me?? Pls spread some light on this situation, I’m totally new to all of this.. Thank you 🙂

We got the mail in December itself for November month. Apparently after third non compliance mail they will deduct leaves. If you have odc then you can do WFO else chill

Clients won't bother about whether you are coming to the office or not.

Not sure why fucking guys are asking everyone to come to office

Chilll...
Just use your Annual Leaves for 3 days in a week.
OR Using Self Care- WFH option in mytime you can take 15 days wfh in a year with approval of your manager. So use it 3 days a week mean you'll get 5 weeks of wfh total.
Then again use Family Care - WFH 15 days by taking 3 days a week. So total you can get around 10 weeks of wfh.
Then use your remaining sick leaves, annual keaves, use comp off. Bro... don't panic. But don't ignore these policies and always Consult with your manager and HR. They'll surely help you.
