It will be credited as a lumpsum amt with ur salary on the 19th mnth

Do note that u will get the bonus based on ur rating and also will need to be billable on that month

Also, it will be merged to our CTC after one year. Means if we received bonus on Jan 2023 then it will be merged on Jan 2024.

There will be a bonus for freshers on 6th ,18th ,24th,36th months and you will receive different amount on different months increasing. So if you leave with in 24 after taking bonus you need to pay back otherwise no need.
