I can say, you will not regret with this decision. As you give priority for your family.

There is something called Purchasing Power Parity. As per PPP, your salary is equal to 100K USD. Even if you go to USA as per your JL the Salary bracket will be around 100K USD may be some 20K more. Your expenses also will be high. The only benefits you miss and still can compensate them in India:

• Exposure to best ways of working on some complex tasks from client location. Switch to some R&D related jobs in India only.
• A better Health and Education for your children. If you can switch company and increase salary, you can achieve them in India only.

Good decision, H1 B is a scam to retain employees in the company.
