I have also read some Article that Infosys already given hikes for 2k24 . Hikes word deleted in Infosys dictionary

They are proudly saying they have already given hike in Nov for FY 24. But they supposed to give arrears from April 2023 which they cashed it nicely. Now FY25 already few companies rolled out. Infosys is saying still thinking as if they are first movers...such a worst statement.
