Trending @Infosys; Yearly salary increment after Role promotion
Hi, can anyone please tell me in case I get a role promotion with salary increment then I won't be getting yearly salary increment for this year? If the yearly increment happens 2-3 months after I receive the Role promotion.
Role promotion , promotional hike and yearly increments will be tagged one and given to you during yearly hikes. Promotions are giving every quarterly, incase if they delay promotion as part of regular hike cylce, you can expect the promotion in the next quarter with promotional hike. Catch is that, if they delay promotion by quarter , you will get annual hike lesser.
Okay. So if i get a promotion meaning salary increment with role change from one to another job level, then also I will be getting yearly hike in next 2-3 months (lets assume it will happen soon for everyone). ?
Do you mean you will get one hike, if promotional hike happens before annual hike. And if the promotional hike happens after then you will get less % annual hike but 2 hikes?
