Trending @Infosys; Year End Final Rating
I have not filled any comments or goal progress in mid year pit stop . Will it have any effect on final rating this year .

No , i also didn’t filed any comments in mid year pt stop, still i got outstanding
You may have got it cause your manager knows your work. There are umpteen cases where manager and appraiser are not in same projects. So if you don’t full your own appraisal form , don’t expect the manager to do th research.
Think about this.. if you are not serious enough about your rating, then why should Manager be? You have to ask yourself..
That said, if you are a top performer in your team, there might be a chance that manager can ignore this and give you top rating anyway..

You lose the opportunity to highlight your contribution. Form would have auto moved to appraiser or hr and they would have either had a discussion or closed with their xomments
