💀 watching me doing the same job for 4lpa and people in my team doing same thing getting 4-5 times my package.. new trigger to leave the project 🦦

I am getting 3.6 , my team mate is getting 15.. We are doing the same work. His english is better, but we talk in hindi.

I have been on the opposite side. I was a specialist programmer and there was this other person who was a Systems Engineer. You know the pay scale difference. And comparatively, the other person did such a fine job and was so hard working, that I used to be ashamed sometimes😂

Same thing happened in our team too 😭🤥

Skills matter here and right time to swich.

They must be of different job level.
