Trending @Infosys; Would you consider shifting to a 6 day work culture

I am in a bit of dilemma, i have received offer from a company which has a 6 day working culture with rotational shift wfh only in night shifts , no company transportation . No Variable pay . Everything is fixed. Would consider leaving Infy for an opportunity like this ? If yes then what should be Hike i should be negotiating for

You should expect more than 100% Hike and get offer, you can try getting counter offer from another company, if nothing works join first company and gain some experience then switch.
