Trending @Infosys; Worst salary appraisal at Infosys

I am very much dissatisfied with Infosys on annual appraisal and HR is worst . Even I don't understand why there is a need of HR department in Infosys....just to make Rangolis or what? Most incompetent department ever. If you want to do some cost cutting, just throw them away.

I am a project manager in Infosys and I don't have a clue what is happening here....such a shit place to work. Absolutely mismanaged...horrible. I request no one to join Infy....I have stopped taking interviews as well. Started Looking out
For a better organization

They never give hike on time and will always give an excuse saying it is under consideration..after joining infy never got 100 percent variable pay ..

You guys got an appraisal 😳, peoples from my unit who joined with me has completed almost 2.8 yrs and still didn't get any appraisal yet.

Appraisal…. does this term exists in Infy 😂😂😂

I had joined infy in November 2021 as TE, got promoted to TA in April 2023, and close to 3 years later, in-hand pay is the same as it was when I joined. Absolutely pathetic!!

I will quit soon but the appraisal is a disaster..it's not a disappointment...it's purely not an employee centric approach

Seriously !! The leadership has not one cent left in their brain on what they are thinking, Literally, they expect to give us out best by coming up with one thing or another, and they are robbing us of our money by not only delaying hikes for last 2-3 years by enforcing some stupid eligibility and then reducing variable pay.

I have put my papers and it’s been 3yrs with Infy with no hike and 2 progression.still same salary as compared to initial days. Infy is good at exploiting

I didn’t get any hike/appraisal in last 3 years.
