I recently completed PIP in Infosys for a rating which I didnt even deserve in the first place Lost my performance bonus Ever since then.. i feel so lost.. Even after giving my 500% my supervisor never seems to bother but keeps an eye out on the minute errors and emphasises them
The supervisor only appreciates the favourite at work and behaves unprofessional with most of us... While I contribute so much I feel undervalued, demotivated..
To top it up in the present job market searching actively for jobs have led to no conversions
Spending days in such gloom.. dont know where life is headed.. constantly overthinking
Don't get disheartened, stay strong friend.Take your lesson here and start applying outside and preparing simultaneously.
In my previous company which was my first project I had unsupportive lead who would always critcize, put down and have threat of PIP to me and team was also not that much helpful.After suffering from so long I finally took release from that project and then after few months prepared and eventually switched here.
Sounds like you're in a rough spot. Infosys can be a tough place, especially with unfair appraisals and favoritism. Keep pushing forward, but also consider exploring new opportunities. Don't let the gloom consume you.
I try to overlook it all and present my best foot forward but yes the "unfair and favoritism" kills
hey..can u plz tell me how 60 days evaluation is done in PIP, is there any interview or hr was there in that call or just manager will take care of this?
You have to complete all assigned tasks There will be an evaluation call And then you will have to update i count
