Trending @Infosys; Workload during notice period?
So I am going to resign tomorrow (bcz of stress). What is the workload scene during notice period? Will I be deboarded from project immediately?
I am too overloaded already, it's too stressed also as everyone just wants a scapegoat which is just totally horrible and hostile environment.
(Apart from mental stress, I haven't had a single penny increase for my loyalty and hardwork of 2.25 years. Fk these poor bastards)
Is it safe to resign without another offer? And how easy or difficult is it to find a new job? Planning to put my papers too
Look I didn't have any issue in my previous projects. But now it's unmanageable for me, which is why i am prioritising my health over this petty job. You need maybe 6months of salary as emergency fund. And you would be able to find new job. So think about it keeping your health first
