Worst company I have ever seen. I almost worked for 12 hours daily in this project. I had a performance review meeting today. Initially I don't want to be part of this project but they forcefully pushed me into this project. I made some mistakes in the initial phase, but in the recent release I have given my 200%. And still they mention my initial phase mistakes again and again. Not discussed anything about the good things , not even 1 %.
