Trending @Infosys; Working as manual Tester. Having 2.9 years experience. Fed up of Low Salary in infosys with no Hikes this year
Hi, I have joined infosys on may 2022. They are not providing any hike. They are implementing restrictions to not to give hike for JL3 who didn't complete 24months on Jan 1st 2024. So, this whole year I will not be eligible for hike. I am upskilling in cybersecurity domain. I am thinking to put papers after 3 years with or without offer. Gave anyone suggest me how to switch to another company with 90days np.

Is manual testing still there? Is it a dying skill? Is it necessary now a days for manual testers to also know automation?

Start learning cloud, and upskill with certifications. Create personal projects and leave within 3 yrs.. Telling from experience of 16 yrs in Infosys.. I stayed because I was at onsite for a long time..

I think you are on right track! Good luck to you!

Put papers and start searching aggressively…inform manager before putting papers I am ready to retain if you offer me some increment infy having 25-30% hike policies for retaining ppl. On the other hand search for new job in a notice period if u have potential definitely you will get opportunities good luck.. but I would suggest leave infy otherwise your financial situation won’t be improved…

Stop ranting bro, Ask for a challenging project to prove yourself. Get trained hard. Do some certifications. Then ask for a hike, even if you don't get it, you will get better opportunities outside.

Without offer resignation is the only option because many companies want people to join less than 30 days
