I'm under employees (well everyone is underpay I'm getting 18.5k per month with 2 years of experience) Working as Systems Associate well may you or someone nearby you is with a profile you may have seen. I'm in a project doing 12-13 hrs of screen time in production. Its normal' as i am a manual tester (Functional one ) take screenshots and make doc steps by step One year back I learned about automation but this skill didn't give me and I landed in a manual testing project.

Taking about balance i want to learn something new but its already 12hr of screen time and again for learn need to open laptop that what is not happening eyes are already tried How you guys are handling it please suggest Better way
