I worked from the office for 8hrs now if i apply work from home for the rest of the hours will it deduct my work from home balance
What if we apply half day Leave and leave the other half day blank…and adjust working hours with attendance of some other days like to log more hours
You can apply half day leave and can still apply WFH even if you don't have balance. No need to leave it half empty
With this approach..half day leave and 1 day wfh balance will be deducted i tested that so thats why exploring different option to not apply wfh after applying half day leave

No it will not. If you are completing 3.5 hrs in the office, remaining hrs you can apply WFH. It will not deduct your WFH balance. Make sure to apply these Remaining WFH hrs on the next day as office hrs will not be updated on the same day in the system.
