The day all other companies make that risky move. One company alone might not be able to execute this (example Dell). So, they wait for their competitors (in our case other MNCs) to call out that move. At that time they watch them and see the consequences. If it is working for them, then these companies will try to do so. But I don't think these kinds of service-based companies could afford the consequences of that move anymore. This company has lost the majority of the "good" brains (those who were actually useful to this company having demanding skills and highly skilled but were getting paid very low package) during last attrition. If they make full work from home, the next attrition wave might happen because younger generations they hired as laterals and freshers are not sincere to companies but only to their work. If such a kind of full WFO happens, it will be useful for smaller companies as they can provide WFH and attract these younger generations to their companies.

In the recent quarterly results meeting they said they're going to stick with 10 days a month policy for now.
