Hello folks, I just joined Infy week back. I have raised work from home for 2 days for last week. It’s still not approved. What are the next steps I need to take. Will it be auto approved or should I ping reporting manager?

One question here what if your quaterly date is near and 1 day before u submitted and manager did not approved and dor auto approval u need to 1 wait 7 days is't the deadline is passed and your leave will deducted?
