Trending @Infosys; Withdrawing Advance PF

I tried to withdraw PF Advance amount from EPFO Portal, but I couldn't do it as it says I've to submit the claim through concerned trust which in my case is Infosys, I believe.

Does anyone happen to know how to withdraw the amount from Infyme?
