I have got outstanding rating, will the package depends on this yr rating or not. Currently my package is 4.2 recently I got promoted to JL4 will I get 6 pr 4.8.

Nope the hike will be same 17.5%, unless you push for extra with manager. OS rating will give your higher variable pay, faster promotion and higher annual hike than your peers. But promotional hike will be standard .
