Ofcourse not. Av salary infosys employee get in US is 104000$. Why would company pay almost same amount just to keep you in US.

There was an update yesterday night. 1 Lakh dollar fees is for next year applicants not for those who already have h1B.

From fy27 it is difficult.
Fy26 lottery selected guys are the luckiest we must say. There is no fee for them
Fee is starting from next year lottery selection

If your H1B interview is not over,they will be rejecting you for petty reasons and it will be very difficult, if your interview is over and you already have one h1b visa stamped then you might have to worry only about the projects.

Infy ppl already started to send employees mexico instead of USA … so that they can work in same timings with less complexity

This fees settle by US govt is a countdown timer.. starting with the new applicants.. this will eliminate any new people moving to USA. Next will be for the existing ones.
