Trending @Infosys; Will I get Gratuity

I am on my notice period in Infosys. I have 3.9 years of experience in Infosys.

Based on recent labour law changes, a person is intended to get their gratuity if they ate employed in an organisation for more than 1 year. Will I get my gratuity based on these changes.

In my e-separation page, I cannot see anything like that.

Please confirm.

You can go to gratuity in financial section of infyme section app and add your last working month or date.

For me it is showing 4.7 years should be completed to get the gratuity.

Will get 75k around

If you are in company for 4 years and 6 months completely then from the 7th month of 4th year it will be counted and you can avail gratuity.

No. For permanent employee it is still 4 years and few more months. 1 Year is for contractual employees.
