No bro lot of people are asking and chasing but still managers are saying you are not eligible etc etc

Like system level hike is mot visible he says. All eligibility criteria like bcep lvl 6 exam completed. 4.1 years completed. 2 consecutive OS ratings. Written feedback from client appreciating my extra efforts work and dedication without any escalation in these 4 years.

Depends on slots DM received and the number rof eligible people for nomination. Usually slots are lesscfor Jl5 and above. They rank and based on slots available nominate for promotion
