Trending @Infosys; Will DSEs (who are JL4 & above) get the compensation for the ioT professional tag?

I recently completed my IoT professional certificate but I heard that JL 3 (DSE L0) will not get anything untill they are promoted to JL 4 (DSE L1). I had asked one of my colleague who is JL4 DSE L1, he told DSEs will not get this quarterly compensation...
