For many WFH is in hours, but for me which is in days.what might be the reason

Not for you only, it's now mandatory for all the Infosys employees to do 10 days compulsory WFO that's why they are now doing these things so that you can come to office.

For us since Dec only, 2 WFH available to apply

Mandatory we need to go to the office 3 days a week and can apply 2 WFH as per the available in the system

It depends on unit and account. For some it’s 8 days, other 10 , and 12 days a months . For some it’s 2 or 3 days a week. Have heard hours yet but maybe some unit/account has enforced that. Whatever is in Icount is what you have to follow.
