Trending @Infosys; Why my Resume rejected...??

Hi guys, I have 3 years IT experiance, so i tried to shift from infosys to other company. I updated my CV in linkedin and naukari. But why IDK i applied more than 14 companies include MNC's and startups. Everytime my profile is rejected and im not getting any mails and calls from companies. My stream is python automation in healthcare domine. Can you guys please suggest me how can i shift company and please guide me guys. And also please suggest one technology or stream that i can use that one and ill try to shift.
