The do !! Last year / this year is an exception. Happening before in 2009 and during COVID. For new comere and laterals they might feel this is the norm !!

I meant only 3 times I am aware that hike was not given. Once in 2009, during COVID (it was delayed but given) , and last year. Most lateral anyways don’t get within 1 year of joining. So they are the ones most impacted. As they missed last year hike and this year hike is not in vicinity

One of my colleagues joined Infy in 2018 and she got only 5% hike from then

Similar situation is happening in other WITCH companies as well. Either they are delaying or giving peanuts as hike.
