Trending @Infosys; Why infosys always maintains suspense or silence on rewarding employees. No information on this quarter Bonus also on hikes?
Infosys is the poorest IT company and so it hates paying anything to it's employees. If employees denies salary and works for free , Infosys would be the happiest company.
My gut feeling says the bonus will not be constant as per individuals rating. It will be more inclined towards what Managers decide to give some employees and completely give minimal or zero bonus to some employees as this quarter I am expecting exodus of Resignations due to so much delay in hike cycle. But let’s see what drama or to say in professional ways what this people come up with in PB email.
I can confirm it is tailored for employees. Manager pinged me that the bonus will be + 5% for me in my job level, pinged my colleague and said it will be + 4% of her her Job level. So yes.
Nope. 95% of employees will get variable pay as per the rating. Yes for the 5% employees managers may have some discretion. It will either be use to retain employee or keep an at risk or leave employee feel a bit better. There is not too much scope to increase except these meager 5-10%. But an ME won’t get more than higher rated person.
First they will make you look desperate for the quarterly bonus, then they hand over to you at right time. You become happy. Then, they slowly give minimal hike and project like they gave you additional 1% hike. You will again be happy. Then in the next year they play uno reverse and say, hey we gave hike in less than 6 months from now, so this year hike will be in the last quarter. You are happy again, because you are stupid. And the loop goes on and on, unless you consume some kryptonite to break out of the shackles.
May be thinking about some cheap tricks to play just like it succeeded in skipping one hike cycle.

Our unit gave the date of 26th. Maybe it will be released on the 25th or 26th.
